Here is some information about the law that was just passed that you had inquired about. The bill number is AB 79.  It is now known as 2005 Wisconsin Act 40.  I have attached a memo for your review that explains this new law.  I trust it will be helpful to you.  I will also attach a copy of the Act itself.
