RESOLUTION TO REQUEST SHEBOYGAN COUNTY TO PREPARE A PROPOSAL FOR THE COUNTY TO PROVIDE DISPATCH SERVICES FOR THE CITY

Whereas the Shared Services Committee unanimously agreed that the City should request a proposal from the County outlining how they would provide dispatch services for the City,

Whereas the Shared Services Committee and the Common Council would benefit from knowing what the organizational structure and costs would be for the County to provide dispatch services for the City,

Therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor is authorized and directed to request a proposal which includes the structure, cost, and other pertinent information for Sheboygan County to provide dispatch services for the City of Sheboygan,

Be it further resolved that the City Finance Director and other city employees are authorized and directed to cooperate with Sheboygan County by providing information relating to dispatch when requested.
