RE:  OPEN RECORDS REQUEST LETTER TO MARY RAJER

Dear Mary,

As I am sorting through my requests it appears that there have been some correspondences or e-mails from the Mayor’s office that I have not yet received. These should have been covered under my previous requests. Therefore I am making a second request for these under the Open Records law. I am requesting the following documents:

• E-mails between Adam Payne and Mayor Perez regarding the N. 23rd Street location dated 6/14/05
• E-mail between Adam Payne and Mayor Perez dated 7/12/05
• E-mails between Alderman Graf and Mayor Perez regarding “vote at C.O.W (sic)” dated 8/23/05
• E-mails between anyone dated 8/29/05 to 8/31/05 pertaining to “police merge with sheriff department”. These may have been from Alderman Graf or Suscha
• E-mails between Jim Graf and Mayor Perez dated 9/1/05
• E-mails between Jim Graf and Mayor Perez from 10/7/05 and the minutes that Susan Hart faxed to Alderman Graf pertaining to a meeting on 9/28/05 with John Sabinash, Chief Kirk and others
• E-mails between Alderman Graf and Mayor Perez dated 6/21/06 including the “two documents” or “resolution” that was faxed to Alderman Graf pertaining to changes to the police department
• E-mails between Alderman Graf and Perez dated 6/23/06
