Press on July 30, 2006, titled "Mayor Perez has supported police" notes from the actual meeting that took place between Perez and members of the Police Department. READ THE MEETING MINUTES FOR THE TRUE STORY BEHIND THIS "SUPPORT".

  Another interesting read: MEETING MINUTES FROM JUNE 1, 2006 WITH PEREZ, CHIEF KIRK AND OFFICER WINTER. This meeting was called by Perez because he did not care for statements Officer Winter made in a letter to the editor of the Sheb. Press.
