The people need tax relief and demand fiscal responsibility.

The biggest challenge for Sheboygan is fiscal responsibility. The city’s debt burden must be reduced and stabilized. We must continue to expand our tax base and encourage business development. We must stabilize and make our reserve levels favorable and aggressively implement long term financial planning.

AS MAYOR I WILL:

- Establish a three year plan for economic recovery and financial stability.

- Balance needed services with the people's ability to pay.

- Work to repeal the storm water tax and wheel tax.

We must provide relief to the tax payer. The storm water fee “tax’ is the first step and it must be repealed. It is a multiple tax ploy to take more money from the people of Sheboygan . The fee is an undue burden on businesses, churches, non-profit organizations and schools.
